    This is a full-time, in-house position.  We are unable to provide sponsorship and this is not a contract to hire role.

    Responsibilities

    The Data Architect develops and deploys architecture, standards and processes to improve the management of information and data throughout its lifecycle across varying applications. The Data Architect also oversees and participates in the collection of data from a variety of sources to make data available in formats useful for querying, analysis and reporting and dashboards to provide critical insights.  The Data Architect is responsible for participating in the creation and evolution of a technology roadmap including data architectures and data strategy and governance.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent technical work experience
    • 5+ years experience designing, developing and supporting data warehouse, reporting, and ETL processes 
    • 2+ years experience leading medium to large projects or initiatives
    • Expertise and experience in process design which includes developing and leading the execution of process improvements across business eco systems

    Other Qualifications:

    • Broad knowledge and demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in data warehousing and reporting 
    • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal across multiple internal organizations
    • Strong technical aptitude and written / verbal communication skills
    • Expert understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, both within and outside the organization
    • General Sarbanes-Oxley awareness
