Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst

TDS, a Fortune® 1000 national technology and communications company, has a great opportunity for a Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst.  This position provides an exciting opportunity for a self-directed, customer service-oriented individual to join a progressive technology team integral to the success of the TDS family of companies: UScellular, TDS Telecom, OneNeck IT Solutions and Suttle-Straus. 

We are open to filling this role REMOTELY in any of the states in which TDS Inc. operates or in any of our physical office locations.

This is a full-time, in-house opportunity.  We are unable to provide sponsorship and this is not a contract to hire position.

The Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst partners with customers to develop, support and document business processes, procedures and systems.  This position configures applications and provides functional oversight for custom software development. The Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst also assists in project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning.

Specifically, the Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst will support a broad range of supply chain processes including planning and purchasing (PP), materials management (MM) and sales and distribution (SD).  In addition, SAP Ariba, Advance Planning Optimization / Integrated Business Planning (APO/IBP), and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) will also be utilized and supported.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent combination of education and technical work experience
• 3-5+ years experience in SAP Supply Chain Management application, development, and support
• 1+ years experience leading medium to large projects or initiatives
• SAP ECC MM Purchasing and Inventory and SD Sales specific knowledge; preferably in a retail, consumer package goods, or wholesale environment
• Experience in planning functions and supporting tools; SAP APO & IBP strongly preferred

Other Qualifications:

• SAP Cloud applications and S4/HANA implementation experience preferred
• Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Tracking Management experience a strong plus
• Experience in process design, including developing and executing process improvements
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; programming logic and work-flow concepts; and test planning, coordination and execution
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, within and outside the organization with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document, communicate, and implement innovative solutions
• Strong technical aptitude, initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
